A third party company will make your delivery. If your product is for the European Union, the client will have to cover the expenses of VAT taxes, sanitation, etc. To make sure your delivery is successful, your participation is needed. Below are the terms about deliveries:

1. In the shopping cart, you will see the Estimated Delivery Time. Note that
this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due
to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. This period of weeks is calculated considering the total amount of time to process your order, which includes: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider and transit time to the delivery address.

2. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery time of weeks:

Order Processing - The amount of time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This usually takes 2 to 5 days; however, some orders can ship in as little as 24 hours and some can take up to 5 days.

Transit Time - The amount of time it takes for your order to leave the distribution center and reach the local carrier.

3. Deliveries can be made between 7 am and 8 pm on business days. At some point, the delivery company will provide you with an approximate window of time. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time period provided.

4. Both you and your representative, who is over 18 years of age, must report to receive the merchandise at the address you provide. If no one is available to take delivery, a reshipping fee may apply to your order.

5. Be sure to make a note of the delivery order in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate that your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect parts. In case of missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please keep the items, indicate the problem in the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without annotations of missing, damaged or incorrect items, represents your acceptance of the entire order in perfect condition. 6. We are unable to make any changes to the delivery address once your order is placed online.
Orders placed online begin processing almost immediately in our system to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time. If you must change the delivery address, your order will need to be canceled and then replaced.
